Welcome to our FAQ section! Here you’ll find answers to the most common questions about our handmade, personalised gifts.

 

  • 1. How long will my order take?

  • All items are handmade to order. Premade products usually takes 3–7 business days before dispatch.

  • Bespoke and personalised products can take up to 14 business days before dispatch

  • During busy periods (like Christmas or Mother’s Day), this may be slightly longer.

 

2. Do you ship internationally?

  • Sadly, not via the website yet!

  • If you wish to ship internationally then please get in touch and I will be able to send you a quote for your location depending on what products you are wishing to purchase.

  • Postage internationally goes of size and weight of the parcel, this is dependent on what you wish to buy.

  • 3. Can I track my order?

  • Tracked delivery is not yet available at checkout. We are working on this!

 

4. Can I return a personalised item?

  • Unfortunately, personalised and custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

  • Please check all spellings, dates, and details carefully when ordering.

5. What if my order arrives damaged?

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

 

6. Can I cancel my order?

  • If you wish to cancel, (hopefully you don’t!) then please contact us immediately.

  • If we have already started making your personalised product then the order cannot be cancelled

 

7. Do you take custom design requests?

  • Absolutely! We love creating truly unique pieces.

  • Send us a message with your idea, and we’ll let you know if it’s possible.
