1. How long will my order take?

All items are handmade to order. Premade products usually takes 3–7 business days before dispatch.

Bespoke and personalised products can take up to 14 business days before dispatch

During busy periods (like Christmas or Mother’s Day), this may be slightly longer.
2. Do you ship internationally?

Sadly, not via the website yet!

If you wish to ship internationally then please get in touch and I will be able to send you a quote for your location depending on what products you are wishing to purchase.

Postage internationally goes of size and weight of the parcel, this is dependent on what you wish to buy.

3. Can I track my order?

Tracked delivery is not yet available at checkout. We are working on this!
4. Can I return a personalised item?

Unfortunately, personalised and custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Please check all spellings, dates, and details carefully when ordering.

5. What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
6. Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel, (hopefully you don’t!) then please contact us immediately.

If we have already started making your personalised product then the order cannot be cancelled
7. Do you take custom design requests?

Absolutely! We love creating truly unique pieces.
