Welcome to Create with Chloe! By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. Handmade & Personalised Products

  • All products are handmade to order and may vary slightly in colour, finish, or design from product photos.

  • Personalised items are created exactly as requested at checkout.

  • Please check all spelling, dates, and details before submitting your order

 

2. Ordering & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

  • We accept Clearpay, Klarna, PayPal and Visa Debit

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified unless agreed in writing within 24 hours.

 

3. Processing & Shipping

  • Standard processing time is 3–7 business days before dispatch (longer during peak seasons).

  • Personalised product processing time is up to 14 days before dispatch

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

  • Create with Chloe is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or customs.

 

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Personalised and custom-made products are non-refundable, unless faulty or damaged.

  • Non-personalised items can be returned within 7 days of delivery (see our full Returns Policy).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

 

5. Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel, then please contact us immediately!

  • If we have already started work on your order, personalisation may already have begun and cancellation may not be possible

 

6. International Orders

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

 

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, photographs, and content on Create with Chloe are the intellectual property of Create with Chloe.

  • They may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.

 

8. Liability

  • Create with Chloe is not liable for loss, damage, or delays once items have been dispatched.

  • Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly when placing an order.
