At Create with Chloe, every item is handmade, personalised, and crafted with care. We want you to love your order as much as we love making it. Please read below for our returns and refunds policy

 

Personalised & Custom Orders

  • Due to all of our products are handmade and customised, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for personalised items, unless they arrive damaged or faulty

  • Please double-check spellings, dates, and details when placing your order, as we create your design exactly as requested.

 

Non-Personalised Items

  • If your order is not personalised, you may return it within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We may request photos of the damage to help us resolve the issue quickly.

  • A replacement or refund will be arranged as soon as possible.

 

  • Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

  • Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your order then please contact us within 24 hours as we may have already started working on your order

  • After this time, we may have already begun creating your personalised product and will be unable to cancel
